Geocortex Fleet Tracker

Out-of-the-Box Tools & Features Demonstration Site

Geocortex Fleet Tracker is web-based software, based on ArcGIS Server, that allows organizations to track and manage their mobile assets in near real time.

Intended to demonstrate a number of out-of-the-box tools and features, these demonstration applications and components provide some perspective on the elements that collectively make up Geocortex Fleet Tracker:

1. Fleet Tracker Client – A Silverlight based, web mapping application that provides a suite of fleet management tools
2. Fleet Tracker Server – Is a Windows based, server side process that interfaces to GPS devices, inserts into a (ArcSDE) database, runs business logic and exports a REST API
3. Fleet Tracker Manager – An ASP.NET based administration tools for configuring Geocortex Fleet Tracker

Select a Fleet Tracker component to interact with:

Fleet Tracker Client The Fleet Tracker Client application configured with a fictitious emergency services fleet, using an ArcGIS Online basemap.

Fleet Tracker Manager A sample instance of the administration tool that accompanies Geocortex Fleet Tracker. Allows for fleet, collector, business logic and overall system configuration.

Fleet Tracker REST API Browse a sample Fleet Tracker Server REST endpoint, exploring services and data exported by this API.

Tips:

• For best results, this application should be viewed with Internet Explorer 7.0 or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher at a screen resolution of at least 1024x768.
• You must install the Silverlight 3 plug-in to launch a viewer application.
